Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial only needs your salon's name and an email address. You enter payment details only if you decide to stay after the trial.
What happens after the 14 days?
We let you know well before it ends. If you stay, you pick a plan; if not, your page is suspended – your data is never lost, and on request we export it for you or delete it permanently.
Can I bring my client list from elsewhere?
Yes. Write to us and we help you bring over your client list and services from a spreadsheet (CSV/Excel) – switching never means starting over.
Do I need my own website?
No. Bookinella gives your salon a complete page on its own. If you already have a website, the booking widget embeds with a single line of code – or you simply link to your page.
Can it send SMS reminders too?
Yes. Next to email reminders you can add an SMS bundle as an add-on – we handle the SMS delivery, you just switch it on.
Is my guests' data safe?
Yes. Data is stored in the EU, in a separate database per salon, GDPR-compliant. Our visitor statistics work without cookies, and guest data can be exported or erased on request.
What if I want my own domain later?
From the Studio plan you can connect your own domain (e.g. booking.yoursalon.com) – we help with the setup.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, there is no lock-in. After cancelling you receive an export of your data, and on request we delete it permanently.
